🌊 Returns:
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn and unwashed condition with tags attached.
Please ensure your item is free from makeup, perfume, or signs of wear — we can only accept pieces that return home in pristine condition.
Once received, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
🐚 Exchanges:
Need a different size, color, or style? We offer easy exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To ensure your desired piece doesn’t drift away, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible at amber@thepurplesiren.com to arrange your exchange.
🌤 Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on accessories, swimwear, or final sale items.
