Refund policy

At The Purple Siren, we want every piece you choose to make you feel as radiant and confident as a sea goddess. If your new treasure isn’t quite the perfect fit, don’t worry — we’re here to make your return or exchange smooth as the tide.

🌊 Returns:

  • We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn and unwashed condition with tags attached.

  • Please ensure your item is free from makeup, perfume, or signs of wear — we can only accept pieces that return home in pristine condition.

  • Once received, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

🐚 Exchanges:

  • Need a different size, color, or style? We offer easy exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

  • To ensure your desired piece doesn’t drift away, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible at amber@thepurplesiren.com to arrange your exchange.

🌤 Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on accessories, swimwear, or final sale items.
